We will be the first processing facility in the industry to preprocess pistachios prior to storage.  This allows us better inventory and quality control over the product. Our facility will be equipped with all-new state-of-the-art color sorting, x-ray, and metal detectors with the most up-to-date food safety programs.  We will also be expanding our solar array and adding biogas generation to help us become energy self-sufficient and greener.

The pistachio industry needs more processing facilities to keep up with the ever-increasing crop production. Our facility sits on 35 acres with almost 100,000 sqft of processing, packaging and storage space. With 20 million pounds of capacity in our first phase and double that in our second phase we are ready to handle our customer's needs.
