Luca Napolitano to Lead Stellantis &You as It Reinvents the European Car-Buying Experience

SHERIDAN, WYOMING – December 5, 2025 – European car buyers are in the middle of a major shift, with online research, multi-brand showrooms and tech-packed vehicles changing what they expect from every visit to a dealership. Stellantis is putting fresh energy behind that transformation by appointing seasoned automotive executive Luca Napolitano as Head of Stellantis &You Sales and Services, its strategic distribution arm across Europe.

A people-focused leader for a 10,000-strong retail network

Based out of Amsterdam, Stellantis &You is the in-house retail powerhouse behind 10 Stellantis brands across 10 European countries. With more than 10,000 employees and 37 Distrigo hubs under its umbrella, it connects iconic badges like Peugeot, Citroën, FIAT, Opel, Jeep® and others directly with drivers for both sales and aftersales support.

In his new role, Napolitano reports to Jean-Philippe Imparato, CEO of Maserati and Stellantis &You, and is tasked with steering this vast network through a fast-changing mobility landscape. The mission: combine a strong local footprint with truly customer-centric service, performance and innovation, so that buying or servicing a car feels more seamless, transparent and enjoyable.

“I’m honored to take on the responsibility of leading Stellantis &You Sales and Services, one of Europe’s main automotive distribution players. Our mission is to bring Stellantis brands closer to customers through a seamless and innovative retail experience — built on trust, service excellence and a shared culture of performance,” Napolitano said.

From commercial turnaround to retail transformation

Napolitano steps into the role on the back of a successful tenure as Chief Commercial Operations Officer for Enlarged Europe, where he led a broad commercial transformation across the region. Under his leadership, shipments in Enlarged Europe rose by 8% in Q3 2025 compared with the same period in 2024, a sign that Stellantis’ strategy is gaining traction with European customers.

With a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rome and more than two decades in the automotive world, he brings deep experience in sales, marketing and brand operations. His career began at Ford Italia in sales before he joined the Fiat Group in 2000 as Business Development Manager, later holding multiple senior positions across different brands – most recently playing a key role in the revitalization of Lancia.

Now, that blend of commercial discipline and brand-building will be focused on the frontline of the customer journey: the showrooms, service bays and digital touchpoints where people actually meet the Stellantis brands they choose to drive.

What Stellantis &You means for everyday drivers

For many car owners, Stellantis &You is the invisible backbone of their experience – the place where test drives are booked, deals are signed, vehicles are delivered and aftersales care happens. By uniting multiple brands and services under one strategic entity, Stellantis aims to:

  • Offer more consistent standards of service and hospitality across markets.
  • Make it easier to move between online research and in-person visits.
  • Ensure that aftersales and parts support, including through Distrigo hubs, keep pace with more advanced vehicles.

Under Napolitano’s leadership, Stellantis &You is expected to keep evolving as a dynamic, forward-looking organization that supports Stellantis’ broader ambitions while delivering excellence “across all touchpoints” – from first click to long-term ownership.
